Serendipity offered direct poolside access via a private staircase, allowing us to step straight out into the sunshine for a relaxing afternoon with cocktails — the Hugo Spritz was a standout. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, and the spa provided just the right atmosphere to unwind. The personal touches really made us feel celebrated, and it’s clear the team takes genuine pride in the guest experience. "This hotel is fabulous ,gorgeous,clean rooms ,it was a weekend for us as a couple so not sure what would be available for children ,but from what we saw and needed they were great!! Such helpful staff giving us details of our parking the evening before ,which then ment as we got there earlier we were able to use the pass once we got parked up .I would highly recommend here ,we for sure would visit again for our Whitby stay "
