The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioning is very good, the restaurant is lovely and the front office service is exceptional. "Is is a clean hotel worth 3500 Rs per night. However, I was charged above 5000 via Expedia. I like as it is connected with the Elements mall. The broken sewage in front of the property made it impossible to walk outside. I never accessed the pool as I was told it is closed after 7:00 pm. Never got connected for in room dining service; phone rang and rang and disconnected always. "
