"Apart from our room on the first night being totally unacceptable after that we had a wonderful stay. Expedia should make sure the rooms are duitable before passing to the customer. We had a disabled single room. Very sparsely furnished. No bedside table no decent hanging space poor lighting no dressing table no drawers a very dim window which didn’t open. The bathroom was unusable due to the disgusting smell. Fortunately the hotel moved us to a lovely new room with all facilities. I cannot...

"We loved the location of the hotel right near the River Ouse. Very friendly welcoming front desk staff who also offered us complimentary breakfast as our room wasn’t ready on our arrival. I would definitely stay with you again. "
