"This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For a 4 star hotel, I expect the rooms to look like the renovated pictures but most of the rooms are very outdated and mold stains everywhere. Location was good though."
"Not a four star hotel. Maybe 3. Charge extra for shuttle to and from airport. Not sure why but shuttle only picks up and drops off at a water tower which is inconvenient from the rental car drop off. No big deal but inconvenient. The room was clean. Very clean in fact but tiny. Elevator might fit one person. We walked up the one floor with luggage. Next time I’d go to a name brand hotel. The might pay more but I was certainly disappointed with this property as I think it was highly rated. Not."
"We would have liked more water in our room and ore variety in the breakfast. We did pay for it and it just felt really generic. There are many other things they can add like pancakes, waffles, and even authentic Italian breakfast as well."
"We really appreciated the good traditional service and the hotels amenities. The hotel is well located to walk the Centro Storico of Treviso and very close to the train station for our day trip to Venice which was only 4 euros and a 45 minute ride.
Our thanks to the Concierge staff who were very helpful and accomodating of our limited Italian."
"Expedia says they have an airport shuttle. That is not true. They did not have a shuttle.
Expedia said we would receive a 10 euro voucher towards food/drink. That also was not true. Desk agent said he knew nothing about a voucher."
"Personale , pulizia , colazione e camera tutto ok anzi la camera era molto molto spaziosa ! Peccato un po’ rumorosa perche affacciava sulla statale e il passaggio delle auto è fastidioso ! Il raro tutto ok"
"مصاريف ورسوم اضافيه عن الحجز غير متوقعه، الصور المعروضة عن الفندق غير مطابقة للواقع ، المكان صغير جدا ،عدم تنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي ،الموظفين غير متعاونين."
"Everything about this hotel was great! Breakfast buffet and dinner service were both delicious. The reception staff were very helpful and the cleaning service staff were efficient and very kind. We enjoyed our stay very much."
