"Hotel was very nice. I did not like we had to pay a little extra to check in a couple hours early. This is just something that’s very different than America. The room was clean. The shower had terrible water pressure and the soap provided was not good. it was meant for your hair and your body, both which did not work out. The bed was okay. It was a little hard. Location was amazing. Very walkable to the train station overall, I enjoyed it. "

"This was a nice hotel. the restaurant food and service was excellent, but a little pricey. It is not on the main Island of Venice, but rather on Murano which makes transportation inconvenient. Upon arrival in the area, there are very few signs as to where to park or how to get to Murano. The water transportation is confusing without specific instructions which the hotel didn't provide. Guests need to research what to do on arrival. The hotel was of little help prior to arrival. The downside of...

"This is a great hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the sights and sounds of Venice. It’s a five-minute walk from the train station and the ferry, and there are countless restaurants and shops right down the street. The breakfast buffet is solid, and you can eat right on the canal. The staff is friendly and hardworking. Special shout-out to Lucrezia at the front desk, who was really helpful and might be the loveliest person in the City of Water!"
