"The room was incredibly hot they said they turned off the heat but the heat continued throughout the night so we had to open the window which was not ideal as we were on the first floor. The front desk staff at check in was great as was the gentleman who took our bags to the room but the desk staff in the morning was not as friendly. "

"The hotel was nice and clean. The building was modern so not located in Venezia center, but is ~20- 25 min walk. The breakfast buffet was nice but nothing extraordinary. Also, they would charge for a lot of stuff that usually is included in hotels. For example our checkout was 11 am and our train was a 1 pm and we asked the staff if it's possible we leave our luggage for 2 hours while we go around the city and they said we had to pay $15. or one night we asked for a plate and they charged us for that. It was only 50 center so it was not about the amount, it was just the gesture that was not very cool. In general, the rooms were clean and comfy so we'd totally recommend it. "
