"Super clean! Very nice hotel in a great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel. The worst part, I booked this room for 3 people, myself, wife and daughter. Daughter was 13 and that is the info I put in when I booked the room. When I arrived, they told me that their policy was 13 and over was an adult and we would need to pay for another adult in the room. This was never disclosed in the booking and I entered all of the information in when I booked. That is unacceptable to try to charge more once someone arrives. Holiday Inn and Expedia need to get this figured out so that no one else has this surprise. "

" All the employees I came in contact with were all friendly, love their job and excellent in their customer service. I travel a lot and saw all kinds of customer service that hotel employees had given me, the employees at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort displayed one of the few excellent customer service I've experienced. "This is a highly recommended stay in Cebu City. By FAR the best breakfast buffet around, very high food quality and selection with enough pastries to satisfy any appetite. The hotel is clean, modern, and with welcoming staff. There is a mini shopping center with a convenience store located at the base of the building if you dont intend to travel out or are only staying for a short time.The location is close to the bars on Mango street if you want to drink or see live music. "
