"Great location!"

"Staff spectacular, nice, attentive and ready to assist us in every request. Hotel is centrally located with very easy access to the historic center, marina and train station. Parking is very convenient."

"Zimmer waren sauber , super rooftop Bar im obersten Stock sehr zentral gelegen , gutes Frühstück"

"الفندق لاانصح به اثاثه قديم وطلقم غير متعاون"

"Our room was a good size, bright and we had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the "old school" elevator. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and breakfast was ample enough to keep us going till we ate again later in the day. The location is perfect to explore Rappallo and also right across from the boat pier to explore Santa Margherita, Portofino and San Fruttuoso. Additionally, I had a car and the staff sorted our...

"Location: a little outside Levanto city center, with a convenient shuttle. Room: the room is spacious but outdated. The bathroom is blind and smells linger. The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button. Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous. Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use...

"Pro: posizione top, colazione, parcheggio Contro: lavori di ristrutturazione in corso con operai che lavorano a pochi metri dalla stanza, consegna camera e parcheggio alle 15 in punto, costo del parcheggio eccessivo"

"This is a nice affordable hotel to use as a home base to go see Portofino. Its 2 min from the train station so no need for a taxi and the ferry to Portofino is maybe 2 min from the hotel on the beach. The room was clean has a good AC system mini fridge nice soaps, everything you need. It was also pretty big for Italy standards. The staff cleans the room several times a day. The hotel has a pretty nice free breakfast that's included with you stay."

"No air conditioning available even if it was advertized as available."

"Very nice classic hotel, great staff, great location, 2 min to restaurant and shopping, love the place and would go back."

"Beautiful location"

"Es un hotel recién renovado en el centro de Rapallo. Muy cómodo porque te puedes mover a pie desde el hotel por todo el centro... No tiene parking pero si, valet parking que te lleva el coche hasta un parking privado con un coste de 30€ el dia, lo cual es comodisimo. Las habitaciones son correctas, nos dieron una en el tercer piso -nos hicieron un upgrade, gracias- con un pequeño balcón desde donde se divisaba la bahía, muy bonita. El desayuno correcto."

"Nice staff and great property with a beautiful view. Booked last minute and it was exactly what we needed."

"Very traditional Italian seaside hotel, in a great location next to the Bay de Silencio. Very attentive service and staff, great breakfast options and generous rooms. Sestre Levante is close to the villages in Cinque Terra but has a completely different feel, more Italian tourists seem to stay here and it has great restaurant options. Of the various Ligurian seaside towns we have visited we like this place probably the best."

"The staff is terrific, super helpful and the restaurant is wonderful"
