"Clean room, great parking and friendly staff"

"Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"

While it's gorgeous, and someone named Claudia was really helpful and good at communication leading up to the stay, and I really loved the owner Antonio, I had an unfortunate experience. My clothes were stuck in their washer sopping wet at nearly 9pm, and I was to leave the next morning. They needed to lay out to dry overnight. I messaged the staff and was later able to call an emergency number. The owners came over and got them out. I had broken off the...

"Um hotel típico toscana numa aldeia típica Toscana e muito acolhedora. Hotel com vistas fantástica , colado ao Duomo. Fantástico jardim e piscina. Acesso ao centro da pequena aldeira (praticamente uma rua) com bons restaurantes. Serviço excelente e muito simpáticos. A melhorar apenas o pequeno almoço que está longe de estar à altura deste maravilhoso hotel."
