"The view. The amenties. The customer service. All 5 stars. Just the room, the heat wasnt working. The unit seemed to blow only cool air We didnt tell them though. It was fine when we turned off the unit. I know they would fixed the issue or gave us a different room if mentioned it. Considering everything Id definitely stay here again. "
