"Staff are lovely but the 7th floor is like a dungeon. Rooms are old and not worth money paid. Air ducts are filthy, just about blocked and shower curtain needs to be replaced. Dinner and dining area was great. Piano playing, staff and food was excellent. "

"Nicely located comfortable and friendly. Condition of the hotel is a bit dated these days but the room was comfortable and quiet. There was no proper shower in the room only a jacuzzi bath (who uses those these days). Having a shower was difficult with a short lead shower hose. "

" What a cute little hotel right across the street from Pompeii ruins entrance. Room was nice but no balcony. Most rooms had them. Also a PARROT lived right below the hotel and squawked most of the day! Great view looking over the ruins but breakfast buffet was just okay. Was a 15 walk from the train station. Loved the restaurant attached to hotel, amazing staff and excellent food. Little market right beside hotel to buy gelato and beer! Would definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful place, the terrace has an amazing view of the Vesuvius, Sorrento Coast and Capri and there is a bar with friendly staff. The single room has a good space and was clean. The staff in the reception and restaurant were also very kind and helpful."

The facilities were very clean however, they were very simple as well, almost a commercial feel with the cinder block walls. The HVAC was unruly and only worked sporadically leaving a warm room with high humidity. The distance to the town was acceptable as long as you brought your own vehicle. "Had garden view room with a nice balcony. Pool was refreshing and clean, with Thomazo at pool side bar service. Lemon trees growing all around boasting fragance. Included breakfast was lovely to enjoy along with the views. Lots of parking available. Front desk staff and housekeeping were great! "

"This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes.
