"We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly.
From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line.
We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking. I had to go to the front desk at 3am due to the banging and partying.
We were moved for 1 night to...

"This property is a gem. The staff were absolutely amazing, accommodating our every request. They always greeted us with a smile. A quick cart ride to the beach, provided by the staff, and you were snorkel in no time. They helped us rent a car which got delivered to the hotel and that made it really convenient for day trips around the island. The rooms are large clean and very comfortable with balconies looking out over the marina. I'd recommend staying here"

"We spent 9 nights in the ocean view suite.Very beautiful garden veiw as well.We had a great time staying at The Sands Grace Bay.Our room.was modern, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Dueila who made sure our space was freshened up each day.She even converted the twim beds in the room to a queen so my daughter and her partner could rest well.
It would be nice to replace the washer and dryer units in the suite.They dated and rusting.

"Waking up at the Blue Haven Resort in Turks & Caicos was truly waking up in paradise. We had a studio with a king size bed that had an ocean view but no balcony which we were initially interested in but this did not impact our experience overall . We were still able to slide a door and hear nature . The staff was exceptional. From Makayla ,"

"Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows....
