"Very nice, clean and large rooms. Staff were great and friendly except they didn’t explain the parking very well. They only have parking for about 15 cars and when we called to check about the parking they didn’t tell us that we needed to book that ahead of time. So we needed to find parking in a parking garage about 1/2 km away and pay 26 euros per 24 hours. It was fine parking just a little inconvenient when you thought you would have it at the hotel. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection of everything hot and cold. Location was very nice, right on the river and 1/2km away to restaurants and bars. Quiet at night."

"The staff was great. Location was good. No drawers or storage spaces so for someone traveling for a month in Europe it was a little tough to manage suitcases and clothing. Bathroom shelf provided ample space."

"We stayed here for a few days. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t have the breakfast or use any of the amenities since we were busy exploring the city. The location is not in the middle of all the action, but we preferred that."

"Overall we had a great time staying at Jam Porto, the location is excellent with the metro station 5 mins away. The hotel was very clean and beds made daily. The pool area was lovely but we struggled to get a sun bed. The layout of the rooms was unusual and quirky and did mean they were dark inside as the bedroom was located upstairs. The stairs were also very odd, half steps to accommodate the steepness making them feel quite dangerous. There was air-con in the room but it is controlled at reception and the default setting was high, we asked for it to be lowered which it was but wasn’t very effective and it didn’t reach the upstairs bedroom at all but there was at least a fan provided for the bedroom."
