The only downsides were that I could not get the room temperature to adjust (despite following the instructions) —it stayed a bit too warm—and the shower water was not consistently hot. "

"I checked in online and provided all my details, yet I still had to spend a long time at the reception. When I entered my room, the TV was on and displaying someone else’s name. It’s unacceptable, especially in a time when privacy should be a priority. I informed the staff, but they showed no concern. I was staying for two nights and requested cutlery to be sent to my room. A staff member said it would arrive shortly, but it never did. I was truly disappointed. No matter the price, basic service and respect should always be expected in such a setting."
