"Overall very good. Good night sleep. Food was good. Some of the dining staff needs some training related to serving food like putting up hair etc. overall was excellent. Special mention to Faris who was in the dining team. He was very polite and looked after us well. Richelee in breakfast team was also excellent. She served us gluten free options and was very helpful. "

"Arrived late so can’t really give a fair review however, the room was nice and comfortable (quirky with a mezzanine balcony and the bedroom and bathroom on the upper split level). Only criticism would be there was only one remote for the tv and when I was up it was down and vice versa, also the taxi cab driver complained he had no where to wait for me in the AM and was extremely rude. Other than that it appeared to be a really nice hotel. "

Only improvement would be bath mat in bath as slippery getting in, and floor tiles around swimming pool needs to be kept dryer as also very slippery under foot"

"A lovely old building with lots of character, albeit finding my room was a little confusing initially as it is a bit of a maze! The room itself was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable! Breakfast was a nice selection of hot foods, cereal, fruit and pastries and all the staff were very friendly. "
