"Staff went above and beyond. John and James (shuttle drivers) were so amazing and kind. The check-in and out staff were wonderful and so helpful. And even the maintenance man was awesome. Thank you all, I hope to stay here again."

"The roost was an amazing place to stay at. Perfect location."

"Excellent Hotel! Very nice, clean, cozy, and super friendly staff! Great location for Cleveland Clinic and walking distance to each building. Would highly recommend!"

"I liked the clean room and the pool but I disliked they gave us the wrong code at first we didn’t check in till about 8:30 because of the run around and I disliked that the elevator was down other than that it was a good stay and I would stay again!!"

"This was an absolute gorgeous place to stay. Had everything we needed. Perfect location to the Cleveland Clinic. Had the shops we needed close by. It was immaculate. The only drawback was the three flights of steps that were not mentioned in the listing. My husband is an older gentleman and that was hard for him and the lack of air conditioning. Thanks For All You Do"

"The hotel in terms of service is very bad as well as the air conditioning does not work in the room to the side of me to carry luggage that entry and exit of the hotel is not recommended to stay in this hotel"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
