Clean room and great shower

Everybody was nice. The breakfast was amazing. The cable took some getting used to, but I figured it out. There were several restaurants within walking distance, which was convenient. We even got free cookies.

Great room. Clean and well stocked. Great service. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel if you have something going on in the convention center.

Ryan at the front desk was AMAZING! In this day and age of minimized service in so many places, Ryan was a refreshing reminder of what great service with a smile and positive energy is all about! Room was great. Location was great. Could have been a few more "healthy" options for breakfast.

The Hampton Inn North Olmsted was super quiet - the staff was very friendly and helpful - plenty of parking - convenient to everywhere we needed to be - bedding and towels were fresh and turnover available upon request. Cleaning staff was very detailed and friendly. We will be using this as our home away from home when visiting family in the area.

Check In and out smooth and Quick No Wait at all. Great Breakfast and comfortable room.

We loved our stay. We were upgraded to a Suite and enjoyed the separate bedroom. The kitchen area was great but would have been nicer if it had utensils and kitchen towels or paper towels. We have been shopping around for a Suite type room with a furnished kitchen and stove. If it had a more complete kitchen we would be back for sure.

I feel like the shower & bath tub in my room definitely needs to be resurfaced.. I was surprised to see that in need of repair.

It was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing is no complimentary coffee or anything in the lobby and food is very expensive had to drive out for breakfast for reasonable prices. But the pool and hot tub was great.

The room was above what I expected. We checked in early. Asked if we could watch the race at the bar but they did one better and let us watch on the big theater screen! The staff was very nice and pleasant to us. The small bar on the 2nd floor was great! I would stay again.

Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.
