"Room was spacious and clean. Peaceful and right on the river. Its charming with everything you need. Plus their restaurant where you get breakfast has perfect views of the river. And! The distillery tour was 100% worth it"

"Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren. Llegas caminando y a 1 cuadra del lago. Es muy cómodo y limpio."

"Lovely hotel in a great location, easy walking distance to the castle, botanic gardens, cathedral and more. Made to feel welcome by all of the staff throughout the hotel. Food was great from the bar and the restaurant, cakes from the bar were lovely too.. Our Riverside room was fantastic, great view and incredibly comfortable. The Spa was lovely but access to the jacuzzi is limited and controlled by a light system.. Not come across a system like this before and it really didn't seem to work...

"I was overcharged at arrival but it was quickly resolved. The rooms and bathroom need a refresh. The grout in the bathroom is grey. Scrapes on the door. Tea stain on the pillow case, at least I hope it was tea. The pillows are lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. I phoned for room service and the person on the other end was less than interested. The breakfast was lovely."

"The castle itself is so beautiful and cozy, but the staff absolutely make the experience. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary there, and the staff went above and beyond to make our time there special. Vijay was so friendly and accommodating, and really made us feel welcome and valued. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there, and our servers Anne and Denise, as well as Vijay, were so sweet and again just made us feel so special. Rajesh was also so awesome, and contributed greatly to our amazing...

"We had a nice room which was very clean and fresh. The bathroom was small with a walk-in shower which we preferred to having a shower over a bath. It was very clean too and had all we needed for an overnight stay. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good."

"Food was fabulous!! The staff was helpful and our was clean."

"Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would...

"Has parking. Easy check in. Liked that you had to use your key to access rest of building, gives you a sense of security. No elevator. Room was okay, had a weird smell. The room comes with linen, but upon check out you have to strip it down. It has a kitchen, but like in all shared kitchens, people don't clean up after themselves. Has 2 washer and dryers but during a short time frame which you can use."

"We booked this stay as we planned to do some touring in the highlands. We are so grateful we did. Nairn is a wonderful small town with great people, without the bustle of Inverness. Our hosts were incredible and the property was truly 5 stars! The à la carte breakfast in the morning was a surprise and was delicious. An awesome start to the day! Room was massive and well appointed. Plenty of parking and close to several points of interest. Would absolutely return to see more of what Nairn has to...

"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hospitality is bar none and the experience is ethereal. You can almost image the days leading up to the battle of 1746 unfold walking through the halls and the grounds. Lots of delightful surprises I won't spoil that make the experience unique and special from music, to gardens, to the hospitality."
