"This house has amazing views and the fishing either off the decks or downstairs is great. It is a beautiful house with spectacular views and right on the ocean.With that said, there are some things that really detracted from the property. The cookware looked like something they threw away at a garage sale it was pitiful. "The view is wonderful, and the house could be. BUT IT IS NOW IN A VERY SAF STATE IF DISREPAIR. Two windows are closed up with storm shutters. A main set of French doors to the deck is nailed shut with boards, the fireplace is non-functional, multiple fans don’t work, the stove is pitiful. "The house was beautiful and roomy. The views from both front and back are lovely. The back yard is a postcard perfect view, as you walk out to the water, there is even a little patch of beach. It was quite windy. In early February, it was quite chilly but warmed up to low 60s if the sun came out. The house was chilly. We stayed in the off season, so it was very quiet and peaceful there.
