"Review hotel Palma
We checked into our room, which was shoe box sized, and were immediately hit with a musty stench like a whole hotel’s worth of unwashed towels. No amount perfume or candles could fix it.
Then we realized that the floor had water coming out of it.
This water was underneath the vinyl flooring and could not be dried. This resulted in intense mold in the bathroom.

"As a solo traveller , very comfortable I felt like Home stuff was great and any of my request was met.
They come and clean on request , because is like a Litle apart they don’t want to bother you much ,Even is just on request the lady came and I just picked up some extra coffee no clean was needed, all staff from reception to bar to room cleaning all beautiful people I can’t recommend enough this place .

"Les photos sont plus beaux que les lieux physiques. Entres autres, les photos donnent illusion que la plage est relié avec l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas le cas. Il fallait traverser la rue pour aller à la mer de l’autre côté et il n’y avait aucun parasol à notre disposition pour le soleil et même si on en avait, il y avait peu de place pour se placer au bord de la place. "The property location was excellent snd the hotel charming. However there were 2 jazz clubs right next door that played loud music until after midnight making it very difficult to sleep. Also the hotel double charged the local tax (€4) even though I showed my Expedia receipt that included the tax already. Lastly the entryway is was not well lit early in the morning and the steps are dark wood. I tripped and hurt by leg badly."

"The staff was very helpful and always willing to provide assistance and guidance, location was perfect and food at the restaurants was very nice too. Can get a bit loud at night on weekends due to party atmosphere"
"Front desk and kitchen staff were very nice and professional. They helped me with a map and suggestions. The kitchen staff did a great job with the set up and I got there each day at 7am and everything was set up and I was given a nice greeting. I would stay here again. My room with all remodeled and clean, but it had a terrible floor plan, don't ask for room 12. stairs lead to upstairs bed and it is tight, no side table. The shower door opens in and I had a hard time closing the door...
