"I don't always have the best luck with hotels in the city. Of course at the high price end, you can get it all. But at the mid-range, there is often compromise, be it a lack of modern fittings, or comfort, or amenities, or breakfast, or on-site parking. Usually one or more is lacking. Not with this hotel, they have it all. The price was very reasonable, the hotel is really well situated, free breakfast included, the room has plenty of modern features and is spacious and comfortable. Plus the parking was a breeze, which is a huge plus for me. I think this has become my new Melbourne CBD staple. Thanks Holiday Inn Express! Oh, and the staff were awesome too."

"Appts are in a great location, handy to trams, public transport etc. Supermarket and chemist 2 minute walk! appts were well laid out and equip with everything you need. Reception staff were not overly friendly but did not ruin the stay "
