"Room temperature was hard to control. Good area very close to the tram and walkable area. Right across from 3arena so if you are going to a show its the obvious place to stay. Staff was very friendly, we ciuldnt check in early but they had luggage storage which was very handy"

"Our room was mostly clean, except the shower floor and curtain. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The issue with the hotel is that it is over 2km from the city Center and tourist area. There isn’t a lot of tourist facilities around it so a fair walk, or short taxi ride to where most things are."

"We booked our hotel due to the cost and within our budget. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. It was further away from the downtown area then we thought it would be and although we could have taken public transportation it was more convenient to take a taxi/Uber which significantly added to the cost.
