"We were on a roadtrip from Edinburgh to Isle of Skye and picked this place randomly as a good stopping point to make headway on the drive. One of the best decisions we ever made and by far my favorite place we stayed at during the whole trip. The whole place is beautiful, inside and outside. We stayed at one of the riverside rooms and had a balcony where we could sit and watch the river. The surrounding areas are great for a morning walk and everyone is generally quiet. "Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "
