"Really bad experience here on one night - very good on another. The problem here is that they book weddings - fair enough, but it should not affect guests that pay good money for a peaceful stay. We did not get this - noise from wedding guests (children and adults shouting in foyer and loud music until 3am). Complained 3 times. 10/10 Excellent
I stayed at El Pilar last March and returned for one night because of the service, location and beautiful property. The front desk is always helpful and always wear a smile. The recognized I had been there in March, so check in was easy. The roof top bar is awesome as is a light breakfast downstairs.
