"Fantastic hotel, we stayed at the Callaghan building but used the main hotel for check in and meal times. It was spotless, staff were friendly and everyone in our family loved the theme. Hotel has own entrance to the park which was handy. Food was very good, huge choice at buffet. Drinks prices were very reasonable. Would recommend. "

"The staff where friendly and good options were plenty. Pool is in the smaller side but being closer to the beach makes it good too. They leave the fire exit at the end of the corridors open during the day for ventilation, which is a huge health and safety hazard, the staircase is right by the doors and it is so easy to fall off. I was travelling with small kids and that made me feel so uneasy!"

"Really good hotel for families, pool was amazing for kids but a little on the cold side for a two year old, staff were great and friendly, very clean resort. Entertainment mainly for Spanish so we didn’t stay much on a night time, but overall enjoyed our time there and would return again "

"Hotel was very nice. Front desk was always helpful. The only downside for us was no Rideshare available (Uber or Lyft) which turned out to be very expensive using the taxi service."

"Staying at the Caribe Hotel was lovely. They had 2 pools to choose from, whereby one was beach themed. The food was really nice and they had a great selection. You could walk to the theme park which was ideal. The only downside was that there were no trolleys to help take your luggage to your room which would have been nice. "

"Enjoyed the hotel but the dining was not what we were expecting. QR codes are great for a lot of things but not necessarily great for this restaurant that seemed to be under staffed "

"This hotel is really accomodating to my elderly mother who needs access to a shower and wheelchair accessible parking. The food this year was also fantastic. "
