And I spoke with the night clerk about the issue, he wanted to move me, but I didn't want to move after I used the room, and he said that at the check out he will make sure to put a note to refund me the extra payment I made for the balcony I haven't received. "This was my favorite place in all of Europe. We visited 3 countries this trip and this was the best night sleep I had the entire trip. The hotel host was super nice and friendly. Helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, And beautiful. I felt so welcomed and at home. Booked it last minute because we couldn’t keep driving. Very peaceful and safe. I could go on and on. This is a “don’t miss it” place to stay."
