"Awesome stay once again. Very attentive, pleasant and friendly check in experience, even though there was construction and a marathon right outside. Booked three rooms and got exactly what we expected. Our room were spik and span cleaned every day. It’s nice to be recognized and greeted by reception and valet staff. "

"LOVED the design and attention to design of this hotel! The high ceilings, the light fixtures, the tiles in the bathroom... I could go on. Minimal sleek and very evidently high quality! Also lived that there was a pintxos restaurant + a more sophisticated restaurant (Narru) as part of the hotel. I also live the gym. And sauna. Some critiques are that the showers need some bleach attention, and gym equipment needs more frequent cleaning. But I'm being quite picky! Please keep up with the good work! "
