"We were in rm 1 wheelchair accessible rm. Competitively priced. Parking was just outside door. Good bathroom. Room was as stated in booking. Standard size. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Its not a quiet room though - it's right by office and you can hear everything that's being said outside, as well as road noise, and plumbing from adjacent room. We ubered food in. "Over all it was a pretty good stay. Just a few things. Main aircon in the living room was on its way out and not that cold. Half of Yeppoons places to eat were shut for Christmas break, or booked out. The most concerning part was the fire exit door out onto the main ground level was locked. Not very safe at all. "

"The room was a bit dated but in very good condition, clean, and comfortable. It was also a good value.There was a table and chairs outside the room which we didn’t use—I wouldn’t call it a patio but nice to have that option. I would stay here again."

"Location is the main reason we stayed there. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It is a little dated and needs a review of the kitchen stock. There was only 1 frypan and it was very old so had uneven cooking surfaces, no oven mits and only one tea towell. A lot of the appliances were a bit hard to work as well and took a bit of fiddling to work out. We did still enjoy our stay though and the staff were friendly."
