"The room and the grounds were excellent. Evening meal, although the menu was basic and limited, the food was good. Breakfast was chaotic, just given a couple of menus and told to find a table. Shortage of breakfast items with staff not replenishing them. Had to get a chair for my table. Check out was worse, six people waiting to check out with only one member of staff at the desk who was on the phone for over 5 minutes while people were waiting to settle their bills. "Stayed here for one night with my 1 year old.although they forgot to put a cot in, when I asked they were extremely quick to follow up on this and being a cot a d get it set up. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Mainly comfy although no air con in the room and it was roasting so had a rough night. The surrounding area is great, the food I. The restaurant is brilliant. All in all a very comfortable stay and would definitely look at staying here again if visiting Manchester. "

"Excellent stay with great staff. Good location. Had a problem with the shower not able to control the temperature of the water too hot.. Spoke with louise on reception extremely helpful offered refund via hotels.com. Rang hotels.com and spoke with a lovely lady Kavita who is sorting this with the hotel. We will be back. Excellent service."
