"This resort spa offers a unique and memorable experience with its dome-style accommodations. The domes were comfortable and well-equipped, featuring air conditioning, hot water, and a refrigerator, making our stay enjoyable and convenient. The property offers several amenities, including a pool, continental breakfast, restaurant, bar, spa, and a fire pit area that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The overall environment is peaceful and laid-back, making it a great place to unwind. One challenge we experienced was that it was often difficult to distinguish employees from guests because staff members dressed in casual everyday clothing. As first-time visitors, we found it somewhat confusing to navigate the property and understand what amenities were available since there was little explanation or orientation provided upon arrival. I would recommend visiting during the warmer months when you can fully enjoy the outdoor amenities and the resort’s natural surroundings. Overall, it is a unique destination with great potential, but clearer communication and more visible staff would enhance the guest experience."

"Check in was fairly simple in person...I don't recommend using the Hilton app for check in as it's easy to switch your room and not so easy to get it switched back. The hotel was quiet even though it was fairly busy. The stairway to the 2nd floor had a funny order to it but nothing to crazy. The room was cozy although the linens had a few stains on them. We didn't check breakfast out as we had to check out early for cheer competition. Overall it was a decent hotel for the money we would consider staying again if in the area."
