"From check-in to check-out this historic hotel was perfect. Stepping out of the taxi, we were greeted by the doormen who took our bags up to Lobby level and we were checked-in quickly. Our room was ready early as our flight was an early one. Such a blessing for that. The Lobby is gorgeous. We had a large spacious clean room, with safe, big comfortable beds, high quality linens, bathrobes, bath towels, toiletries were always filled as were the coffee, tea, creamers, etc., daily water bottles...

"We were there in November, so the oil was closed and the hotel was pretty quiet. The staff was just kind of "there". They were OK, but didn't go out of their way to welcome our greet you. The rooms were great and very clean. We didn't eat at the hotel, so we cannot say how the food was. The shuttle drivers were great and very friendly. "
