"Gorgeous property overlooking the mountains. We had several service issues, including long, long waits are the restaurants and incorrect orders (multiple times.) Our waitress at the Croft also told us she was so busy because the waitresses are also required to wash the dishes of their guests. When we checked out, there were hundreds of dollars in charges that were incorrect and thankfully were caught and resolved. They really try to nickel and dime you for everything at this resort. "Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)"

Gorgeous property, service isn’t very good
"Gorgeous property overlooking the mountains. We had several service issues, including long, long waits are the restaurants and incorrect orders (multiple times.) When we checked out, there were hundreds of dollars in charges that were incorrect and thankfully were caught and resolved. They really try to nickel and dime you for everything at this resort. So, all-in, the property is spectacular and five-star. The service is 3-star right now but hopefully they can fix things as time goes on."
