"I loved my stay at the white heart hotel Lincoln. The staff were great, the hotel was lovely and the bed was comfortable."

"Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her."

"A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style ."

"The duvet cover was not fresh, I called the dedicated telephone line at 19.26 to request a fresh duvet cover or at least a bed sheet to cover it, an hour and a half later after a series of phone calls back and forward I was told that nothing can be done. "Beautiful place, ideal location, not for the faint hearted if you don’t like hills! Would definitely stay again ☺️"

"Nice place"

"Fantastic host looked after us incredibly well, the place is right opposite the Lincolnshire county show ground, peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely walk up and down the bridal path. The host is an artist and showed us her works which is very impressive. The site has a new sauna and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was brought to us at the time we chose. Loved it and would book again if we are in the area."

"no one there trip made for nothing "

"Neil was a great host. Large comfortable rooms, good location. An excellent stay"

"Wonderful property in a stunning location. However, so sorry and disappointed to say; * we were surprised at £2.50 charge per washing machine load - we have never been charged extra for using a washing machine in a property before. You therefore need loose change, if you want to do any laundry * nowhere in the apartment to hang washed laundry / wet dog towels / wet dog coats (an airer would be useful). * no dishwasher, so we unfortunately found dirty crockery and cutlery (these are only as...
