"The receptionist Fadzilah was very sweet and allowed us to check in early and though we booked for garden view ,she gave us a pool and sea view room. The breakfast on 18/9 was quite a disappointment, the salt shaker had no salt!!! The orange juice was watered down. Luckily we didn’t have to pay for it as the breakfast was delayed . The ala carte dinner at Kampung was sub standard. Check out was easy. "

"Hotel and the rooms are getting run down. The hotel is in need of renovation and repairs. We had spacious room and the bathroom was reasonably clean with no hand soap and broken shampoo bottle and 1/3 rd of toilet paper roll. The reception desk staff were rude, and clueless.
