"They was very rude behaviour and also the charged 200$ dollar bond when we was entering the hotel we enter at 2pm yesterday after we checked out today they calling us from the 9am morning you need to check out but we said to her every hotel checked out time is 11am why you calling 9am she said us our hotel have different policies you need come fast then i said to her please give us 1 more hour after that we are coming now we checked out 10pm it is very bad experience for me."
"There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend."
"I stayed in a cottage in Shambala Estate on a relaxed drive up to Cairns from Melbourne with my two dogs. It was simply beautiful. When I opened the door it smelt great, there was soft music playing and it looked gorgeous. My stay was relaxed and comfortable in a beautiful and clean room. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend."

Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you!"
"My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Beautiful little cottage, very homely with everything you need. Amazing breakfast food provided. Complimentary bottle of wine. 2 free wine tastings at Witches Falls winery which was so nice coz the weather was perfect. Will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and also will return. Beautiful location and grounds. If I had time for a longer stay, I would have had more time to enjoy the building and its grounds.
Checkout was a simple as leaving the key and locking the front door.
