"Great hotel in the middle of old town…"

"Check in was easy, sat with Jone (sorry for spelling, pronounced Johnny) who was super friendly. He helped us with our luggage (lots/heavy). This hotel is not just “in” the old town, you are a part of it! Only item to note is that there is no parking at the hotel, we had to pull up and unload and then go park (we found pay parking 1 minute walk away, if we hadn’t found any, apparently the parking is just outside the walls, a few minutes walk). If you plan for it, no problem. We had a one bedroom apartment…very historic while still providing the modern amenities we needed. Sitting in the sunshine in the courtyard enjoying the welcome drink was a highlight. Location is perfect…literally 5 minute walk, to say, the Roman ruins. "

"This hotel is beautifully decorated. It has a historic feel to it but has all the modern amenities. There is parking on site, which is a real plus in this town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and got our bags to the room. We enjoyed our stay."

"Feels like living in a historic bldg (built in 1500) with frescos and plaster walls and high ceilings. Situated in center old town close to cathedral and Roman ruins. Plenty of shops and restos nearby. Breakfast was fabulous. Rooms were fairly spacious and bidets in bathroom. Have to pay for parking "
