"Hotel not as described, the pool is and has been closed for months despite being advertised on the website (and hotels.com website) as being available, not the case. Ruined the stay. Hotel only willing to offer 10% refund which was rightly declined. Offer upped to include dinner, also declined. Hotels.com were worse than useless and their rep couldn't even work out 10% of the total, failed as basic maths and under refunded despite me refusing the refund anyway. Went to American Express...

"Our home for the week was fantastic, clean and comfortable with the air conditioner being a saviour. The turn down service was great, though missed for a couple of nights or 3. Unfortunately there was no filter coffee in the room, although I had enquired about that before arrival, and was told that there was filter coffee. The various restaurants were good value food-wise, with the Teak elephant being the best, in our opinion. I used the gym a few times and was impressed with the equipment."

"Our one week, all inclusive stay, was simple perfect. Great welcome by the team on arrival with fast check in to our lovely modern, bright and clean room. No TV in room as it's all about switching off from and that's exactly what we did. The property is only 2 years old so everything is just perfect, yet it looks well established. "A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! "The location was wonderful and really like the place . Very secure quiet and the facilities provided such as the onsite swimming pool and gym. We could use all the facilities within the hotel compound such as restaurants and cafe were very convenient and also the other activities on site. Overall , we have enjoyed our stay very much.
