"A really great stay, check in was smooth mid afternoon, superior room was fine with a fantastic super king bed and huge bathroom. We had supper in the bar, good food and drinks in a busy pub setting, a nice buzz and big shout out to Lewis and Sam who were so friendly and professional, a great team. Breakfast was really good, again in the bar with plenty of choices cooked to order as well as a small buffet. We will definitely return again!"

"Positives first, we had a family wedding near by and were allowed to check into the room at1pm instead of 4.30pm which was greatly appreciated. "The hotel is in a good location in nice surroundings, although the road noise was significant overnight. The hotel in general is tired and the room had a musty mould smell which was overpowering. No one on reception so call a number to get the code to enter, then another code to get the key for your room. Breakfast was packed up and left outside the room door in the morning, but was sufficient and suited me as had to be away early. Would have appreciated better coffee. "
