"Tidy rooms, convenient hotel parking and access. Right near the tram lines/train station but no noise either!"

"This was my second stay in 6 weeks, so I guess that speaks for itself. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Excellent location. Quality bedding and linen. Generous size room stocked with crockery etc…for a comfortable & convenient stay. Great complimentary products. Onsite secure parking. Has become my number one choice when staying in Newcastle."

"Our room was very good and clean, staff helpful. Enjoyed Wests Club so close to our accommodation. Great food and service from nice helpful staff. A great setup for our stay there."

"Beautiful beach front location, helpful staff. Great place"

We appreciated Rick Stein’s thoughtful acknowledgement of our anniversary at the end of our meal. For a luxury resort,...
