"We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed."

"I enjoyed the whole experience. Pro's & Cons. Pros; The hotel food was really good. I really appreciate that for the 7 nights I stayed, there was different types of food available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to print out our boarding passes by the reception free of charge.
