"It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn. The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud. That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation. We tried to change rooms after 2 nights but the staff told us the only other available room was one with a private pool that would cost us an extra 110 Euros per person per night. "Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "Nice trip with my wife. We stayed here for 5 nights in the end of our 2,5 weeks holiday. Hotel grounds are awesome as are most of the staff, Food is good and plentiful. If I have to find some negatives then it would be that sometimes in the main restaurant many of the aircons were not on. And the hotel has a central aircon and it felt that for some reason during the nights it had a hard time keeping the room cool."
