"Absolument rien de positif. Personnel désagréable qui a du mal avec l’anglais - difficile de se faire comprendre. Chambres sales à l’arrivé et passage du personnel de ménage 1 jour sur 3 au cours du séjour. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées (les mêmes tâches qu’au début…), la poussière n’a pas été faite et l’aspirateur jamais passé.
