"I had a wonderful stay at the Apex Grassmarket Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historic Grassmarket and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and the main attractions. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. "We stayed Jan 5-7th so a quieter time of year which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. Kids enjoyed it and water was warm. Had dinner at the Brasserie and really enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and the food was tasty. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend adding it on during your stay. Lots of parking, wildlife and good location. Bus available into the city centre. We would definitely return! 2 adults & 3 young children - 2...
