I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Jaipur. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality truly made my stay special.
The food was delicious, both at breakfast and especially at the rooftop restaurant, which offered a beautiful atmosphere and a great dining experience.

"I really enjoyed my stay. The room was big, including a kitchen and decent sized bathroom and shower. I got the double room for one person. The room and the hotel were clean. Nice neighborhood and Central Park was only about 10-minute walk from the hotel. All the staff was wonderful."
"Stay is at very calm place far from city centre. Cabs are cheap to commute, breakfast and dinner are decent with verities. Always book with breakfast else it’ll be expensive. Has a lift and pure castle like feeling. If you love non-veg then go out within 400 m there’s a restaurant MM khan with amazing biryani and Nihari."
"Suite rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. Beds are firm though. Hotel is located in a start district with nice restaurants nearby. Rooms are excellent value for money. Sadly the Barman tried to rip us off by serving a high class wine when we ordered house wine. We had 12 glasses between a group of friends so the price difference was huge so beware. Breakfast was dreadful. Pastries were stale and eggs were full of salt. You’re be better having the Indian curry buffet. "
"The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening.
The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them.

"Property was clean and staff was helpful. But parking space was very limited and entrance was too narrow. Maintenance work was going and roof top swimming pool was of no use. Even buffet breakfast was not available. However staff upgraded our room as we paid around 6500/night."
