We waited in line for at least 15 minutes on the first day before a pool attendant came back with more. The second day we waited for more than 30 minutes and still could not get any towels even after a hotel staff was already notified so we just gave up and had to walk back to the hotel room wet. "

"It's close to Chinatown and easy to walk there to shop and eat. Great concierge service, luggage stored safely after checkout and transport to airport or around town sorted out quickly. Room was large with a great view around the area. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful."
