"Debbie and Mark, the owners, are exceptional. Their attention to detail from the room appointments (robes and slippers), amenities (free water, coffee, tea, snacks) to comfort in the public areas, was above and beyond. We had dinner there one night, 2 breakfasts and they even made us a picnic to have at the Grand Canyon. All the food was delicious, gourmet and met our dietary restrictions. Such a calm, friendly and warm place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"Restaurant was closed during the stay and internet was down in entire village. Hotel seems dated and there are better choices and cheaper choices in town. Only one elevator. Even Holiday in has two. K would look for another hotel if I would ever return. Staff was nice and helpful."
