"When i checked in I was not happy about the size of the bed because it was not the standard queen size bed. However the manager on duty Nicholas was very helpful in getting me another room. "Zara Hotel is a very good place to stay in, its clean with very good variety of food. My disappointment this last stay in the hotel, is with some members of staff at the reception that demostrated have poor hospitality and customer care services towards some customers. I had to pay twice before refunding me back. I was disppointed more by wasting time explaining myself on the same issue which is a result of someone's incompetence at the front desk. "
