"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"This apartment was well located for our friends as we needed them to stay near our home in Muyenga. The management was easy to communicate with. This is the hot season in Uganda and there was no A/C and the fans provided barely worked. So it was quite uncomfortable. Our friends considered leaving the windows and doors open, however the mosquito nets didn't close so that was no an option. Other than that the place is nice and likely pleasant during the cooler months "
