The property manager upgraded me to a nicer room and had chocolate delivered to my room from the downstairs bakery shop which was also a pleasant surprise. Additionally a full service restaurant and bar on the main level made it easy to entertain family members who joined me at the hotel for a nice lunch one day with many food options. "

"The stay here was excellent. The room provided was neat and clean. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The chef himself would come and ask us if everything was good. I would like to thank Sumit at the front desk,He was really polite and helpful. "

"It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The rooms are spacious and surrounded by plants and trees. The view from the room and the restaurant is quite natural and the vibe is very relaxing. I want to extend special Thanks to...

"I mainly enjoyed my stay here. In fact I stayed here 12 years ago. The main issues I had were: I wasn't asked for pre auth on checking in. And had to pay for our late night drinks on arrival. I went back to reception and was able to pre auth for a specified amount. We checked out snd i paid for both rooms in cash/card as we were leaving India I wanted to use up our excess money. Thus was fine and we cleared our account the night before leaving. On handing in our cards at 6.00 a.m next day....
