"This was one of the most chaotic places I have ever stayed, staff tried hard but where clearly let down by a lack of training and management decisions. If you are not coming by car I would avoid as the "shuttle" service to the town is very hap harazard. It was cancelled on the day of departure with no notice. "This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away.
